The Call

Jesus called his disciples to follow him, and so he has called you. The call is important and special and not to be abandoned. The call of God comes with a mission. Each of the disciples was sent out to preach the good news of the kingdom, to cast out unclean spirits, and to pardon sins. Because God called you to follow him, you, too, have a mission. In time, with your prayers and patience and God's grace, you will know what the mission is. Then ask God to give you the grace to fulfill your mission and make the world a place that reflects the love of Jesus.
