No Magic Formula
How many times in life do we feel hopeless? It is a difficult question to answer, but most importantly is, how react to it. We know there is no formula that can make it go away. Certainly steps can be taken, just like going to a doctor; we must analyze why we feel the way we do. Then we can get the remedy, attitude is key. How do we embrace our current feelings? How far are we willing to work to be fine? The Doctor is always in, no need for insurance, that policy was paid for thousands of years ago.
