Discipline is an Art

We often find ourselves doing things we promised we would never do again, and as expected, we regret it and we reprimand ourselves. We lack the discipline, our will is weak, we need to train it in order to be discipline and carry through these promises. discipline is an ancient word from Latin disciplina which means study, method, instruction. We do not have the method to avoid those things that are harmful, or even the pleasures just because we can. With the new year coming up, we need to consider our discipline, if we are to achieve the goals we couldn't this year.
