A Wishing Star

I am not superstitious by all means; to the contrary, I prefer to rely in logic and faith. Whilst it has not always been the case; I did wish upon a star, I did it from the bottom of my heart. No need to mention my wish was dead from the minute it escaped my lips; why would I even think a fleeting rock, had the power to grant me a wish and make it true? Urban legend for sure, we hear stories from generation to generation. I also heard the sacred story of a marvelous man that was looking for me, a man that knew me forever. I met Him and He granted my wish. I have been joyful ever since, though it posses a question; why would we, as people, believe legends, but refuse to believe the miracles of a famous man? We believe everything else, why not believe Him?
